◆July 1, 2006 formally implemented
◆The European Parliament and the Council of the European Union issued 2011/65/EU in June 8, 2011 to rewrite instructions on limiting the use of certain hazardous substances in electronic and electrical equipment, i.e., RoHS2.0.
◆Effective date: July 21, 2011. EU country should be within 18 months, in January 2, 2013 before the completion of transformation of national law, then 2002/95/EC (RoHS1.0) and all of its revision instruction abolished.
